Prices are indicated in Canadian dollars (CAD), excluding shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes applicable in the customer’s country.

Placing an order implies acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions.
A confirmation email is sent after payment.

Secure payment via credit card, PayPal, or other methods available on the website.

  1. Delivery

Delivery time: 7 to 20 business days depending on the destination.

Shipping costs are calculated at the time of ordering.

Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

  1. Withdrawal and Returns

You have 14 days to inform us of your wish to return the product (except for personalized products).

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless we make an error.

Refunds will be issued after receipt and inspection of the product.

For sales in the USA, Canadian law applies, unless otherwise provided by US law.
