You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return or exchange.
After this period, no refunds or exchanges will be issued.

Promotional or personalized products are non-refundable except in cases of defects.

Contact us by email at support@trotto.ca with your order number and photos of the product.

We will send you the return address and instructions.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the product is defective or incorrect.

  1. Defective Products or Shipping Errors

In the event of a damaged product or an error on our part:

Take clear photos and send them to support@trotto.ca within 48 hours of receipt.

We will offer a free replacement or a full refund.

  1. Refunds

Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

The original shipping fee is non-refundable, except in the event of an error on our part.

  1. Exceptions

Clearance or sale items: final sale, non-refundable.

Products damaged by misuse: not eligible for refund.

For customers located in the United States, return times may vary due to shipping.
